Rules For Your Account

You may only have ONE account.
If you created another it will be deleted, and you will be suspended.
We do NOT welcome advertisers.
To advertise your site then apply to be an affiliate by messaging a Director.

Rules For Posting

NO SPAMMING.
A spam is a post which has under 30 characters. This will be easy to tell as if you have any less you are not allowed to post. One thing which must be noted is that words which have unnecessary characters do not count (ex. lameeeeeee counts as 4).If you spam once you will be warned. Spam multiple times, and you will be banned.
Also, anything less than a LINE is considered as spamming.
Double posting counts as SPAM.
If you double post by accident pm an Director or Enforcer to delete the second one.
Any profanity, obscene material, racist remarks, e.t.c is absolutely not allowed.
We do NOT allow full album, DVD, or song downloads.
Refer to the FAQ for the reason. If you would like to post any video or audio files go to Audiophiles or Videophiles, and read the rules there as to what is acceptable.
NO quoting images!
Quoting an image is like hotlinking and it makes the forum messy! Instead change the image to a link.
We will NOT accept bashing of any one.
This can be another site, another band, or another person.

Rules For Sharing

You MUST have permission to take things out of Tohosomnia.
If the user says you cannot take it out then DON'T!
Even with permission you still must credit back to the forum (ex. Credit: Ringy@tohosomnia).

Rules For The Shoutbox

NO roleplaying.
Do not pretend to be someone you are not (including DBSK or a fellow member).
NO explicit language.
There is a swear filter in place but make sure to watch your language. The swear filter is NOT there to let you swear. It is there to keep profanity out. Please do not cuss excessively. We understand if you really need to get something out of your system, but doing this repeatedly will result in a warning.
NO overly sexual topics.
Keep it PG-13 since some members are 13 or younger!

What Happens If You Break the Rules...

You only have one chance to break the rules, whether it be an accident or not. After that, any rules broken will earn you a warning. A total of 5 warnings will get you banned or suspended.
Warnings may be removed after a month if your behavior has improved. PM a Director if you feel that you deserve to have a warning removed.
