- I CANNOT LOG-IN OR SIGN-IN / I CAN'T POST OR SEE THE FORUMS!?
This can be due to various reasons. For one, if you are a new member, you may not be validated yet. Please wait 24 hours (at the most) for the Directors to validate your account. Also, you need to post in the RULES section before seeing the whole forum.
Other reasons as to why you cannot log in may be your password. Please type it carefully, and make sure your "caps lock" is not on. The last reason would be because you have been banned (this is only if you commit a grave crime on Tohosomnia).
- I WANT TO CHANGE MY USERNAME/LOG-IN?
You can only change your username or log-in when you have 1000 posts. After you hit 1000 posts, please PM your desire username to Ringy, Fobbiyo, or zhuuzhuusoba. PLEASE TYPE IT EXACTLY HOW YOU WANT IT. If you messed up there is nothing we can do about it. After 1000, the next time you can change your username is once every six months. We also look at good behavior (I.E such as spamming, respect towards others etc. If you have failed to meet these requirements, we will not grant your request.)
- HOW COME OFFICIAL AUDIO/FULL ALBUM/SINGLE DOWNLOADS ARE NOT ALLOW?
We do not allow full downloads of any of TVXQ's albums/singles because we do not believe in piracy. Please support the boys by buying their album or single. We understand some fans cannot afford to buy all their music, but if the boys worked hard to produce great music, we should respect them and not steal their work. As an artist, the amount of CDs you sell usually reflects your career, so please make TVXQ proud

- HOW CAN I AFFILIATE WITH TOHOSOMNIA?
Our affiliate system is a little different and requires a Director. Please PM a Director (zhuuzhuusoba, Fobbiyo, Ringy, etc) with your site URL and affiliate button graphic. They'll put it up for you ASAP.

In the top right hand corner, there is a square with your username. From there, go to "Messenger" and click on "Compose a new message". Fill out the PM form and please patiently wait for a response. Staff will answer your question ASAP - please do not harass the staff.

We had to upgrade to give you the best possibly experience! Right now, it's 20 dollars each month with an additional 25 dollars every 6 months. Please help us keep the forum running! Any extra money will go back to the forum by paying for the activities' prizes, etc.
- WHO IS TOHOSOMNIA'S FOUNDER?
When we made this forum together, we decided that there should not be a founder. Since we founded it together, there should not be one person that should have that position.
